"Because I just had these rods installed a few days ago (and now it's Nov 26, 2021) I haven't had enough time to evaluate the work quality and value - but I have no reason to doubt that both are good. I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been. So, I am glad I called W B."

The person at the show was very knowlegable and passionate about the company. Mitchell the salesperson provided us with the information we needed to make an educated decision. The worst part was waiting 12 weeks to get on the schedule! Once the measurements were taken and Donny and his crew arrived, it was easy. They did a great job protecting our floor while moving material in and out. They dealt with some quirky architectural features with skill, making it look more intentional rather than a result of poor planning. They used my faucet set with no issues. Their caulking was perfect. No smears or uneven lines. The crew was friendly, answered all my questions and didn't mind my occasional interruptions to check their progress. Will certainly call them again for any future projects."
