Have experience in project oversight, consulting, and good old labor. I enjoy design and engineering challenges, custom built and artistic projects but give the same attention to detail on the plain design jobs. He also did some inside work when we were in a pinch needing something done soon and he made time to get it done, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. "We had a leak in the kitchen that we could not determine the source.  Every time it rained there was water on the kitchen floor.  Eric was able to find a hole in the roof where a tree branch had pierced through.  The water was coming in the hole and running down the wall.  He fixed the leak and we have had no problems since.  Good job.
