"We cannot recommend this company enough. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Sam and Ben came out to give us a quote in a timely manner and showed up as scheduled. Both were so friendly and willing to quote us numerous projects were wanting to have done in the future. The quote for removing a board where a 2nd story deck was, adding siding in its place, removing the second story outside lights and fixing trim on a window we had put in was 1/3 the price of another company who quoted us just for the siding part alone. The other company told us they would have to replace the siding from the ground all the way up to where the board was attached to the house but this company said that wasn’t necessary. Sam and Ben made us feel important and like no job was too small and they seemed happy to get our business and we’re very professional yet down to earth and didn’t mind laughing and joking around. Once we agreed for them to do the work, they were very prompt to let us know what day the team would come to do the work, even working around our work schedules to make it work for us. The team member who came to do the work, Daniel was excellent! He was extremely nice as well and worked all day on the job. When he went to put the siding on he notified us that Home Depot had given him the wrong siding instead of what was ordered so he had to go back to get the correct siding but we were really impressed that instead of rescheduling the remainder of our job (because he still had another one after us) he came back with the correct siding and continued to work until our house was complete. Sam and Ben even stopped back by the day the work was being completed to ensure we were happy with the work that had been done and made sure there were no issues. From start to finish everything went better then with any other company we have hired to do jobs for us in the past. I don’t think we will ever go with any other company now going forward for work we need done. You can’t beat perfection! Thanks again to the whole team. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Eric removed two layers of shingles from our 40 year old roof and replaced them with new 3D Duration shingles. The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding panels. The repair which we were pursuing was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Someone referred us to Maximus and when I called and talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was due to the concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowed water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding.We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He has just finished the total project in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.
