The work was excellent. He used a better grade of shingle than covered by our insurance and upgraded our gutters to 6 inch gutters at no additional cost. He also helped minimize our deductible by taking it our of his price. Roof looks great with the new larger gutters and I have had numerous compliments on the appearance. He communicated with us, started exactly when he said he would and was cleaned up and gone (including gutters) in less than two days.
He has a crew of approximately 10 that he puts on the job and many of them have been with him for 15 years. Would immediately use him again and highly recommend him to anyone!

Excellent!! I would recommend Longacre to anyone. Very responsive and did excellent work. Workers arrived early and were finished quickly. They cleaned up everything when they were finished.

The gutters fell off during this last winter and he honored the contract even going so far as to replace the wood underneath. The sub that he had hang the gutter hammered them into rotten wood. He went above and beyond to honor the contract.

They did a great job. Marvin is a very personable guy and very knowledgable. The only negative thing I could say about this company is that they do subcontract some work out. The work on my gutters was subcontracted and I'm having a some issues with the gutters.

started off rocky but ended well after dealing with owner ans not his subcontractors took a while for all of us to get on the same page once we did everything was done fine! I am satisfied and that is nop major accomplishment for me because i tend to be real picky on quality and workmanship!!!

The workers were good and completed the job in one day which was a short period of time. There were a good number of experienced workers who came out and did a good job. They cleaned up well and got everything picked up. They were on their way in a professional manner. I would use them again in the future.

The person who came was courteous and he got the job done quickly and correctly to our satisfaction. The person said that he will transfer the warranty into our name as the new owners when the house comes in our possession and we are still waiting for that to happen. It is taking a too long. He also said that someone would come to paint the kitchen ceiling because there was a leak there and nobody has come back to do that or even contact us. He said there was a stain in the ceiling and he said he would wait till we move in and then send somebody to do the job. We have been in the house for over a month and that has not been done. He was punctual for the roofing work, but he has not been punctual after that. He did a good job on the roof replacement. I will use them again because they have the warranty for this house.

He didn't call or show up when he said he was going to be here. I would call him after a couple of weeks and he said he would be here and he still didn't show up. It was a pain. He charged a lot high than he originally quoted me. It was double what he quoted me. He ended up doing the work and we were satisfied with the work. He just wouldn't come when he said he was going to come. He originally quoted $100 and then he wanted $300 and I paid him $200. I would not have him again because he was so aggravating. His price was nowhere close to where he quoted me. He was real nice and he was a sweet guy but he was unreliable. It was unreal.

It was a good experience. The crew was there on time, and was done early that afternoon. They cleaned up very well and only missed a few nails.

I was amazed at how quickly and perfectly this company replaced the roof on our home. They completed the entire job, even going as far as to use a magnetic device on cleanup for nails and such in just one full day. We are so happy with our roof that we are telling everyone in the area to use them.
