"This is a picture of only part of the job. These floors were very water damaged and golden/honey oak. 2 young guys sanded, repaired and stained. The floors are incredible! Many other jobs needed to be done. The entire Apex crew did exceptional work! We continued to add jobs as they went and they stayed very patient with each request we made. The communication was exceptional. Emails and texting communication was almost everyday. We were informed of every detail of the jobs and made aware of anything new etc.. these guys went above and beyond to get it all done. "According to my tenant and her feedback everything was done professionally and they showed up as scheduled. It took a little longer to get the project done and I almost canceled. When I first contacted Mr Wesley I emphasized that I needed to have the work done before Thanksgiving and he did do this. Mr Wesley takes pride in whatever he does and wanted to do a lot more work than the $300 deal I had purchased. I only wanted to use my $300 deal. He did a lot of other estimates on his own and presented me with a higher estimate a little over $3,000. We disagreed on the bathtub lever (use to turn the shower on) that I and the tenant wanted repaired. The job he wanted to do was much more like remodeling the bathtub surround area and fixtures. He did not want to the job unles he could do it his way. This resulted in him not doing this repair and me having someone else come out to do it. I respect his feelings for wanting to do a quality job. I believe Mr Wesley is more of a high quality contractor and not necessary a person for doing small everyday repairs for rentals. I do have some other work that I am considering to ask Mr Wesley to give me a bid for.

"It went very slowly!  The owner himself was here, but he took too long to do everything.  In 4 hours time he moved one outlet from a post over to an external wall.  There wasn't any cutting into the wall or anything.  It was simply moving the external outlet...this shouldn't have taken long at all.  The installation of the new screen door to our porch took the longest.  He had at least 3 hours & it took him the entire time!  Granted he had to move a few boards to make the new door fit, but there is no way it should take 3+ hours  to install a screen door.  I was very disappointed in the amount of time it took.  I had another item that needed looked at, but he didn't have time.  I also believe that he tightened the hinges too much & now the door doesn't even close by itself very well.  Muno is very knowledgeable & friendly.  I would think that if you offer a contractor for 4 hours you would try to get as much done for the homeowner as possible so they will hire you again.  Normally they get paid by the hour, so to me, I would not hire them because everything takes too long & would cost me more money that necessary.
