Our team is committed to meeting those needs. We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service. No job is too big or too small for our experienced team. We have found in our 30 years experience that 9 out of 10 attics have inadequate insulation or that it has settled over the years and is no longer enough to prevent the transfer of both heat and cold. In today's economy we understand times are tough, the rising cost of food, gas, and everyday expenses are being felt by all of us, but we can help by lowering the cost of your utility bill. We are happy to provide a free visual inspection to check the level of your insulation and use a thermal gun to see how much the insulation in your walls has settled. Call for a free quote. We accept all major credit cards and offer in-house financing with payment plans that can fit any budget. We also offer discounts to Seniors and veterans.

"On 9/22/2025, agents from Midwest Services came to my residence for a home inspection following complaints of water leaks around the register in the back of the house, by the exterior wall, and above the back sliding door, possibly due to warm air intrusion. He looked into the attic and stated that a couple of homes in different neighborhoods had the same problem, and he was able to fix the problem; thus, he stated that he had vast experience (more than 30 years) in solving such a problem. I showed him the report of the HVAC company, Airtron, that earlier did an inspection and recommended contacting an insulation company. We agreed on $2,673 as the total fee for the work, and I wrote a Bank of America check, with check number 210, for full payment and scheduled the repair work for 9/25/2025. On 9/25/2025, agents from Midwest Services came and worked on the attic and left. On 9/26/2025, the leakage reoccurred and has been continuous since then, leaving water marks around the dry wall in the ceiling, damaging the floor carpet underneath. I called the Midwest Services phone number, and he told me the "boys have gone somewhere to work, I will ask them what they did when they come back". He later left a voice note stating that I should contact an HVAC company to solve the problem, which was a clear deviation from our discussion before the repair work. Since then, I have called several times, no response, no call back, and voice voicemail was full and I could not leave a voicemail. I also sent messages, but there was no response."

"Excellent work and very professional. As the work progressed, we were kept abreast of all costs it would entail as problems arose. I hope I never need this type of work done again but if I did I would definitely call this company again. I would definitely recommend their services."

Biohazard Remediation questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can refinish appliances that reach high temperatures. You just need to use heat-resistant paints, so check the label to ensure your chosen paint is safe for appliances that get hot.

DIY kits are available, but the quality of the results varies, and professionals ensure smooth finishes free from streaks or mismatched colors.

If you want to save money on the cost of kitchen appliances, opt for basic color options like black or white. Stainless steel is usually a mid-range option; prices have come down somewhat now that it’s so widely available. Expect to spend the most for custom or bold colors, like a pink fridge or a gold-toned stove.

If your old washer and dryer are still in working condition and you have space for an additional hook-up, you may be able to use them for things you don’t want in your household laundry, like heavily soiled work clothes. If the appliances no longer work, some parts may be salvageable for scrap—contact a scrap collector to see if they’ll take them.

It depends. Use the “50% rule” to help you decide. For example, you should consider replacing the appliance if it is halfway through its lifespan and the repair will cost more than 50% of the price of a new one. Contrary to popular belief, repairing a major appliance is more wallet-friendly than purchasing a new one. While the cost of new home appliances can run as high as $8,000, the average cost to repair them is $170. If the appliance you’re trying to get rid of isn’t too old, consult a local appliance repair expert to see what can be done to restore it.
