"I had an extremely frustrating experience with LED excavating. They never answer the phone, respond to texts, making it nearly impossible to get in touch with them. I was only using them due to being recommended by Owenâ  s service, since Owenâ  s did so well I thought he would too. He came out last week and told me he needed to make some phone calls to the county, then BOOM he was gone and now wonâ  t respond at all. Their unreliability is a huge red flag, and I would strongly advise against working with them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for more professional and responsive service. 1 star all the way."

We are an emergency response home restoration company in Indianapolis. Simply put when disaster strikes in your home, we're the first people to call. Whether it's water, mold, fire damage, or any emergency damage we are equipped and always prepared to stop the bleeding whatever it may be We specialize in giving you quality and timely service while walking along side you through the mayhem of adjusters, insurance companies, and God forbid re builders. We are family owned and owner operated which means EVERYONE who works for this company is invested in the work. We treat our customers like they're a sister or father who needs help in the middle of a mess.

"My father (a disabled veteran with stage 4 renal disease) had very little heat due to an issue with his furnace. When the furnace company came to repair it, they discovered that there was water in the basement. The repair could not take place until the water was removed. I called Restoration 1. They came out and I spoke with a representative who told me they could extract the water/ sewer sludge and spray for mold. They asked me to pay ½ up front and half at completion. I paid the first invoice and they came out. After they finished the furnace/plumbing group came out again and told me that the work had not been completed. The floor still had sewer sludge and they could not work in the basement. I called Restoration 1 back and asked them to come back and finish the job. After a lot of bickering, they did finally agree. They came out in the late afternoon, completed it, and sent me an email very close to the end of the day. The next morning I went to pay the bill and inquired about receiving the pictures to send to the other group and they immediately threatened to sue me to take my father’s home away from him. They told me they had a lien on my father’s home and they were calling their attorney. I had already paid the first half of the bill, this was less than 24 hours after they had completed the redo of the initial work and they had not yet sent me the pictures. I paid the other half of the bill and I still have not received pictures to send to the other company. This experience was so stressful and emotionally difficult. I felt they were very cruel to try to take my father’s home. My father is on dialysis three times a week and doesn’t have the means or mobility to be kicked out of his home. I was not even a full day late sending the second half of the payment, (which was only late because the job had been completed late). They still have not sent me the pictures."

We are a water heater service and pump replacement company. The company itself is new however I have been a plumbing contractor for 15 years and owned a plumbing company for that long. The difference is we now specialize in water heaters and sump and ejector pumps.

"Please do not use this company!!!!! I was referred to them by my home warranty company. Not only did they not fix the problem, but they had me on a wild goose chase for two weeks and stopped answering my calls or emails. I went without hot water for two weeks! I finally requested another company (Local Plumber) and they came out the next day and got my water heater to work. Water Heater Solutions is horrible to work with. They never answer the phone, didn't provide paperwork to the warranty program, and took my $100 and did nothing."

Wells and Pumps questions, answered by experts

Well pump repair might be covered by your homeowner’s insurance, but it’s typically not. If the damage results from a major storm in your area, flooding, a fire, or some other natural catastrophe, then you should consider filing a claim for the damage. However, if the issue is the result of an aging well pump, your policy will very likely not cover the repair cost. In either case, you should hire a well pump professional inspect your well pump, and then use that information to decide whether or not you should file a claim.

A professional well inspection takes between one and three hours. This includes the time it takes for the inspector to visually check the condition of your well, test its equipment, and collect water for testing. After the pro sends the water samples to the lab, you can expect to receive the results in three to 10 days.

There are many potential causes of low well water pressure. The most common include sediment buildup, leaking pipes, a failing well pump, or a cracked pressure tank.

If your well water supply suddenly runs dry, it could be due to a faulty pressure switch. A bad pressure switch can affect the pump's operation, leading to a loss of water. Testing the switch to see if it functions correctly is the first step in resolving the issue and restoring your water supply.

If the switch is faulty, it may need to be repaired or replaced. If the issue is more complex and involves other components, consult a professional well technician so they can address the issue and fix the water supply.

It may be time for a well pump replacement if you notice some red flags, like a lack of running water when the pump should be working, consistently poor water pressure, or dirty water, which can indicate potential issues with your pump's functionality.
