"We asked Nathan to do a small repair job to replace three rotten deck boards, and they did a fantastic job! The work was done professionally and efficiently, and they charged a very fair and competitive price. I really appreciate their honesty and quality of work. I highly recommend Swartz and Solutions and would definitely use them again. Kirby Cheng"

"I was very pleased with the work, they arrived on time and preformed an excellent job welding up my porch supports and a portion of my fence. They were booked out but worked me in and I'm glad I waited. Definitely worth it!"

"We hired ODonnell Home Pro to install a few ceiling fans and complete some other jobs around the house - faucet installation, fence gate repair, removing some wires from the side of the house - and have never been more satisfied with a contractor. Kyle was prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He is passionate about his job and truly cares about his customer. He is easy to talk to, makes sure he completely understands the task at hand before starting, and goes out of his way to fix all issues related to the job. For one of the ceiling fans he was installing the wiring in the switch panel was a mess, a gift from the previous homeowner. Kyle took the time to sort out the wires and correct the issue to ensure it was correct, safe, and up to code; many other contractors would have simple found a working wire and attached the fan instead of sorting out the entire switch. If you need assistance with anything around the house, call ODonnell Home Pro. We will most definitely be using their services again!"

"Barry did a great job on assembling the wall bed. More importantly, his character is top notch. He provided an estimate but when the job proved to be more time consuming and difficult than anyone could have expected, he stuck by his original quote and made sure the job got done no matter how long it took. I cannot speak more highly of the man. His dedication to the job was something you don't see too often these day."

"I wanted a slick ceiling in my 25' by 30' kitchen ceiling and the R Wright Construction Team came through with great results. I can't even see where any of the dry wall seams are in the ceiling. George makes it look so easy, but his years of experience are to thank for that. I would recommend the team for any drywall job to anyone."

Trampoline Assembly questions, answered by experts

Yes! It’s always a good idea to anchor your playset. Even though they’re heavy, it doesn’t take much wind to blow one over. Anchoring everything to the ground makes it a lot safer for your kiddos.

Costs depend on equipment size, site preparation, and additional features like soft ground covering.

The time to install your basketball hoop depends on the type of hoop you're installing.

For in-ground hoops, it's best to allow at least five days total for the entire process, which includes any utility marking, hole excavation, anchor placement, concrete pouring and setting, and final setup of the hoop itself.

The time to set up a mounted basketball hoop is significantly shorter, with most projects completed in just a few hours.

The average cost to install a playground is around $500, with most homeowners spending between $150 and $1,200 on installation labor. The total project cost can range from $500 to $2,500. These prices typically do not include the playground equipment itself, which can cost an additional $100 to $1,500.

Several factors influence the final installation cost:

  • Playset Details: The type, size, material, design complexity, and number of accessories.

  • Site Preparation: Costs may increase if the land needs to be leveled.

  • Yard Accessibility: Difficult access for installers can raise labor costs.

  • Customization: Custom-built playgrounds are more expensive to install than premade kits.

  • Permits: Local permitting fees may apply.

Additionally, remember to budget for playground surfacing, which can cost $15 to $160 per cubic yard, or up to $225 per cubic yard for poured rubber.

It may be tempting to DIY the construction of a swing set to save money, but we don’t recommend it. Since children will use the swing set, the entire system must be solid and safe, meaning the cost savings aren’t worth potentially endangering them. Plus, most DIYers will have to build their swing sets out of wood, which won’t last as long as metal or vinyl and introduces the risk of splinters. Instead, hire a local playground equipment installer to ensure the swing set is built safely and efficiently, setting up your kids for fun for years to come.
