"We were scammed! This is a horrible company to deal with. We paid an expectational amount of money for what we thought would be superior workmanship and materials. They put our siding up once. During the time they were putting it up, obvious issues were missed and the workmanship was very poor. We communicated this to the Manager and the worked continues. Finally they sent a regional manager after months of dealing with this. They took the siding all down and replaced it. Issues still existed, and we were told we can deal with it through Warranty. They offered a concession because the job was so bad, then told us I apologize for the delay in my response. I was able to speak with my manager, and unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a concession. Should any service issues arise in the future, your warranty will cover the repairs. Exxx Bxxxxxxx Lxxx Rxxxxx Axxxx Ixxxxxxxxxxx Mxxxxxx; Communication was poor the entire time and it took us almost 5 months. DO not use this company. I am surprised Angi has them on their website. Customer service is very low on Champion Windows priority list. St6ay away, do the research and you will find this is not the only complaint."

MKD Kitchen and Bath is a third-generation, 73-year-old kitchen and bath retail center and countertop fabricator.

"I highly recommend not using this company because of my experience with them. I used them because I bought the quartz countertops from Home Depot and the installation was presented to me that it was included in the price of the countertops. The problems were not with Home Depot, the installers or the countertops. The people running the scheduling, one in particular, Sara. When there was a problem or complaint, the short-fused Sara was summoned to take care of it. I'm not sure why. She had terrible customer service skills. She was very rude and hung up on me when I questioned why they cancelled my prescheduled plumbing for the kitchen sink they installed after I cancelled a post-surgery appointment to be there. I ended up asking Home Depot to deal with them on my behalf. The fist part of my kitchen and bath countertops and sinks installations started at the beginning of July. I am still waiting for my bathroom countertop and sink to be installed after a screw up on their part with the bathroom stuff. I had to have my husband reinstall my bathroom countertop and sink or I would have been without for what is going on about five weeks now. I am currently on the schedule to have the rest of the kitchen back splash installed and the bathroom countertop and sink on 9/12/24. I paid in full upfront."
