"Thank you for your feedback. We strive to do our very best for our customers. We spent several hours helping you with your insurance claim to secure the funds to get the repairs done correctly. We started the project even though the balance of required materials down payment wasn't paid until 8 weeks after the contract was signed and the work had commenced. The day we were contacted and told that "you were dissatisfied because we were taking too long and wanted a refund" was the same day that the special order flooring arrived, and we had 3 carpenters scheduled to finish the project. Unfortunately, delays in customer payment and delays on special order items are beyond our company's control. We appreciate your business and we're sorry you were unhappy with our service."
