"We were scammed! This is a horrible company to deal with. We paid an expectational amount of money for what we thought would be superior workmanship and materials. They put our siding up once. During the time they were putting it up, obvious issues were missed and the workmanship was very poor. We communicated this to the Manager and the worked continues. Finally they sent a regional manager after months of dealing with this. They took the siding all down and replaced it. Issues still existed, and we were told we can deal with it through Warranty. They offered a concession because the job was so bad, then told us I apologize for the delay in my response. I was able to speak with my manager, and unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a concession. Should any service issues arise in the future, your warranty will cover the repairs. Exxx Bxxxxxxx Lxxx Rxxxxx Axxxx Ixxxxxxxxxxx Mxxxxxx; Communication was poor the entire time and it took us almost 5 months. DO not use this company. I am surprised Angi has them on their website. Customer service is very low on Champion Windows priority list. St6ay away, do the research and you will find this is not the only complaint."

"Requested an estimate for vinyl siding. From the onset of contact I was spoken to VERY rudely. Once we finally confirmed an appointment (which took several text messages with vague responses even to the point of his sending ALL CAPS (yelling) asking for my address. Once we met in person he immediately rolled his eyes at me and curtly asked me "what your budget because it's going to cost me at least 12k to do it and you're costing me $200 just to be here (from home advisor). He yelled at me in front of my children to the point they were asking me was I okay. He did a lack luster measuring of the home and treated me horribly. He was supposed to send the estimate tonight. When I lasted texted him and asked was he going to send it . He texted back "maybe". Very unprofession, I will not be using his service I would literally pay HomeAdvisor to drop him so no one else would have to experience this treatment."
