"Derek was very timely with his response once I posted on Angi?s List. I had barrels left over from a previous home owner that were labeled hazardous and I had no idea had to dispose of them. Derek and I texted a few times during the day to clarify some information and based on that, he provided a quote which included labor, transportation and product removal. We set up a time for the next day (which I was not expecting) and when he showed up with his partner, they inspected the barrels and identified it as non-toxic and basically non-harmless. Because it was easier to dispose of than originally thought, Derek lowered the price, and he accepted Venmo on the spot. He loaded and took the barrels away. "It went very well! Tim came to the apartment and looked at the issue. He told me that he will place the order for the new and more efficient unit than the old boiler and install asap. Tim's crew came the following Monday to demolish the old boiler and installed the new boiler on the same day. The new boiler was up and running on the same day. It was a smooth startup!"
