"They were great to work with from beginning to end. They had a rep come out quickly to inspect our house and gave us several options on how we could proceed after our lower level flooded. He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). They sealed off the part of the house they were working on to limit any dust/dirt from where they were working getting anywhere else. We were very impressed. Our house is a tri-level, so having them waterproof ensured we got to use all our house as intended. Our downstairs is our main family area, and we use it now with no worries. They installed a 20' drain system, installed 5 iron I-beams, repaired and replaced the brick on half of the Michigan wall, regarded the back side corner of the house to allow better drainage away from basement, replaced back sidewalk to angle water away from basement. We are very pleased.

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

It was a very difficult decision as to which company to select since all bidders were highly valued on Angie's List. We have a larger home plus a workshop that was in need of shingles. Spring rains made it difficult to schedule a date but with a 3 day window of clear weather the job was started at 8 a.m. and was completed at the end of the second day at 6 p.m. Workiing past 8 p.m. on the first day the 10 man crew was able to lay 103 squares of shingles in the two days.
