"I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Construction! Leonard (owner) is very fair and definitely knows what he is talking about. I was very confident in the work that was done. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. "My experience with Troyer Construction was outstanding in almost every respect. Roman was highly responsive to all questions, The cost estimate was fair. Work was scheduled and performed soon after acceptance of the bid. My only source of dissatisfaction was clean-up after the concrete forms had been removed. I may have had an unrealistic expectation. But there was a large amount of excess concrete that had to set on the grass before removal. The crew worked long and hard to break up and remove the largest chunks. But there are many fist-sized pieces left behind that will take me most of the summer to dispose of. Again, however, my expectations in this regard may have been unrealistic."
