I was not onsite during the home inspection, but Bruce handled scheduling quickly and effectively communicated everything that would happen during the inspection. I felt comfortable and confident in his work. I had someone meet Bruce onsite and he said that the job was thoroughly completed. I was impressed by the inspection report, as it included text, pictures, and videos of the areas of concern for the property. It was great having 2 for the price of 1 with both Bruce and Zach providing comprehensive inspection of all services.
