"I am so torn on this company. The sales process was smooth and prices were on par with everyone else. The set the expectation initially was that it would be about a 2 month wait to get the fence. I understood. Their process of scheduling and overall communication was TERRIBLE. I had paid a $2000 downpayment and didn't get any communication when that two month time frame came and went. I would have to reach out to them to give me schedule updates and emails would go unanswered. So I'd have to call for updates. Then that time frame would come and pass with again no communication. I gave them a lot of feedback on why this lack of communication felt very shady. It sounds like they just had a lot of delays due to covid, weather and staffing, and I totally get that. Pushing the time out didn't bother me, it was just the lack of follow up that completely irked me. They need a better system of updating customers on schedule changes. After a total of 4 months, the fence was finally installed. The crew did it in two days and worked hard, even in bitter cold temps. The actual install was wonderful and the fence is beautiful. No complaints there. Just hope they can organize themselves better for future customers having a better experience."

"They got us scheduled quickly and were always there early. Worked about 10 hours every day to get the job done. Mauricio, the owner kept in touch regularly to make sure things were going as we had hoped. They did an absolutely beautiful job. Would hire again!"

"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"

"AWESOME FENCE. We Had a privacy fence installed. They were very quick to get the materials delivered and they were onsite. We were also getting siding done the house and they had to work around that. They came in and knocked it out of the park!!!! Like 200 feet of privacy fence installed in a matter of a few days!! My wife and I were able to use Redwine Home Improvements to adjust a foundation issue in our home. No issues to report here. However, in addition, RHI replaced my sump pump and promised interior caulking due to the effects of said foundation issues. The caulking has not been done and the sump pump ceased to work after initial installation. I have been attempting to contact, but texts and phone calls are largely ignored, and on one occasion, an insincere excuse was made as to why there was a no show, no call."
