"It was pretty rocky. At first. Several appoints made by Tri-State no one ever showed up.Crew showed up to install the Generator before the site survey and did not have necessary equipment or cooperation of Electric or gas company nor call before you dig had been notified. I called Tri-State to warn them the call before dig had never been preformed. They said they'd take care of it, did not happen until right before installation crew came back the second time. The first time they were here they could not have installed the generator even had they had all the parts because none of the utilities had been marked. Finally after about three months the Generac was installed and working. I had several questions that I could never get answered by calling Tri-State. One of the installation team had to come back a couple of weeks later to replace a damaged part and he answered all my questions. The guys who installed the Generac were great, the problem is your guys operation center and call center as far as I can see do not communicate very well. Anyway the generator has worked fine in several power outages this spring. I am happy right now but I live in dread something goes wrong and I have to call Tri-State for help."

The equipment they installed was much better than the previous one. I now have a circuit breaker, which I did not have before. They worked constantly in the hot weather and garage without hesitation. The job was finished way before AES showed up to turn the power back on. One of the workers stayed throughout the remainder of the day waiting on AES. Once they showed up, he walked through the house to make sure everything was working properly and explained everything that was installed. He showed me pictures of the damage on the roof and, where he repaired it. He even hauled away the debris from tree trimming that AES done. This was way beyond what I expected him to do. I only wish I had his name, so I can mention him appropriately. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking electrical solutions."

Had an issue with a water company running a screw through three sets of wires in my garage when they installed a water filter system and also needed my Meter box resealed due to the prior electricians poor installation. All this was well beyond my capabilities to repair and I had heard good things about QuickTime from a friend. They showed up on time and had everything needed to fix my wiring and Meter box issue. Once the repairs were completed, I looked over their work and was very surprised and pleased with not only the quality of the products they used but also their repairs and how they did them.
