"I am sorry this client was disappointed , I explained the pricing over the phone before we arrived, and he agreed to our coming out to do the job he asked for. The technician is told to be thorough about trouble shooting so as to avoid return trips. When presented with the bill nothing was said about the price being to high , we do proffesional work for a professional price our pricing structure is inline with the industry"
