"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. They took our outdated, brittle window wall and updated the entire front of our house by replacing it with an entry door and windows that give a cozy cottage vibe.
