"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. "B&K Home Improvement took my breezeway from “Wow.” in a bad way to“WOW!” in a good way. When we bought our house, it was being sold as a tear down. We gutted and updated the living areas but the breezeway was a job that was too big for us to take on ourselves. B&K tore up the crumbling concrete floor and poured a beautiful, dyed and polished one. They took our outdated, brittle window wall and updated the entire front of our house by replacing it with an entry door and windows that give a cozy cottage vibe.
