"I had unexpected excavation of sewage lines in my front and back yards, leaving my driveway, front walk and back patio in shambles with numerous broken flagstones. Loftus helped me revamp the layout and finish some very natural looking hardscaping including flagstone, pea gravel, tumbled edging and a beautiful, functional firepit . Permeable paving is a good option for a lot of reasons. It can help prevent flooding, keeps harmful chemicals from polluting our water, and can divert water away from your home’s foundation. Plus, it can add a rustic aesthetic to your outdoor area, might prevent pests who breed in water, and may even qualify for tax rebates.

Many asphalt companies have experience with tar and chip paving, but not all. The process is unique enough—and not incredibly common enough—that you may have to look around for a tar and chip specialist.
