I'm always concerned about hidden factors in a project, unexpected things that has to be fixed in order for the job to be completed successfully, and many companies will nickel and dime you for the unexpected things; not only did the purchase items that was necessary for the unforeseen but they disconnected and cleaned out a pipe that had twisted in the ground and cause water to run the wrong way...into my basement.
