"When the man arrived, I could not find one of my cats.  He was very understanding and started his job upstairs while I found my cat and put her in the basement.  Then he came downstairs and cleaned my bedroom.  He was punctual, quick, neat, efficient, and polite.  He noted that I had "bleach"  spots on my carpet from using a commercial spot cleaner.  He recommended their product ChemDry Spot Remover.  This product does work well but it is a bit pricey.  My carpeting did not look wonderful afterwards, but I suspect it is more because of the age and condition of my carpeting rather than the service.  I liked that the carpet did not take a long time to dry and that I could soon walk on it.

"Far exceeded my expectations! Absolutely blown away by the attention to detail, pricing, and friendliness. Without any hesitation we would hire this business again for any professional cleaning needed. The air in my home is cleaner, fresher, and flowing so much better! Just the epitome of what a professional service should be! Would give 100 stars if possible!"

"Kwik Dry did excellent work in our home! After requesting quotes from multiple carpet cleaners, we chose Kwik Dry because they were the most reasonably priced. My husband and I were thankful that Kwik Dry's price was exactly as advertised. Many other companies claimed to have a good rate, then jacked up the prices with service fees. The owner of Kwik Dry also was kind enough to talk through any questions I had over the phone so I wouldn't encounter any surprises on the day of the cleaning. The work that Kwik Dry did on our carpets was great! The job was finished within a couple of hours with excellent results. Our carpets are so much cleaner! I recommend requesting Zach and Vinny. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! They even thought about the little things, such as working in a way that would preserve the satisfying pattern they made with the machine. We could not be more happy with the job that Kwik Dry did. We will definitely be recommending them to all our friends and family!"

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"It could not have gone any better. I don't give out compliments easily so when I say they are the best carpet cleaner I have ever used you can believe it. They were totally professional and took the time to make sure the carpet was totally clean. I plan on using them the next time my carpet and rugs need cleaning. They even moved furniture to get to places that prior carpet cleaners did not clean."

"He and his coworker came for an estimate and were ready to get started as soon as I said yes to the estimate (even though it was late in the day). Their estimate was nice because it included not only some trouble shooting, drying, and clean up. I had another estimate where they said they could do clean up but I would need someone else to put the carpets and get the walls back, etc. I liked that they could do everything all together. They were such hard workers-evenings, weekends, etc. They were very pleasant and professional. Always put on those little booties to protect your home from outside dirt!  You could tell this is a family owned and operated business and they are committed to making it work. The owner was there each time and he answered questions well and I felt he was very honest and trustworthy. He also made comments on some things we could do to help prevent this from happening in the future. The work they did was very thorough. Drying process took a few days and they came regularly to check on the work.  The carpet stains came out and were dried. The walls were cleaned and put back in their original place. Would definitely recommend them!

"XD Pro did an excellent job cleaning our office week after week for quite some time. We had concrete floors and the polish/wax made it look as good as new every time. I would definitely recommend XD Pro to anyone in need of floor cleaning/polishing. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and very affordable."

"Went well. We were told it was possible the pet stains would not be able to be removed completely with just a steam clean-could have paid more for additional device but chose not to as the room is not used and pet stains ~ 90% removed."

"They arrived on time and began cleaning immediately. They did a 5 Star quality job here today. Our house looks, feels, and smells clean! Highly recommend this company, You've Got MAIDS."
