"After spending a good amount with a different contractor to remodel our main floor, we had to settle with the fact that a basement remodel was likely not in our short term plans. However, after taking a meeting with Matrix, we were pleasantly surprised that a substantial remodel was not out of the question after all. We were honestly so focused on the fact that something could get done that we didn’t nit pick on the finishes and some of the details, but wow were we impressed by the quality and workmanship of the end product. The project managers (we had Ben) do everything that’s needed to keep on schedule, but rest assured this does not mean that any shortcuts of any kind are taken. The sub-contractors used are simply amazing, and seem motivated to do whatever is needed to keep Matrix and the customers happy. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out!"

"Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

His rates are reasonable and he saved me a lot of time by providing materials for the job. I am definitely going to use him for my other bathroom. I like that my project was his sole job for the week and I didn’t have to extend the project with off days. He had a helper who was so respectful and kind. "We researched several kitchen restoration companies and finally selected 3 of them to give us estimates for painting our outdated oak cabinets in the kitchen and master bathroom. The price ranged widely among the 3 companies. One estimate was extremely high. GG Kitchen Restorations was the cheapest estimate however, once we had each company come out and had them explain what they were going to do it was very evident that GG Restorations was going to be a one-stop shop for us to get everything done as we needed and with high quality workmanship. We did have a couple of extra small issues in the cabinets that needed to be fixed prior to the painting prep could start and the other 2 companies would either charge us a huge amount to do a drastic re-design which really wasn’t needed or said they wouldn’t do that type of work and left it up to us. GG Restorations was more than willing to help us get past these small barriers and get our dream kitchen to our specifications at a reasonable cost. Frank and his team were great. Frank is very pleasant and fun to work with and he takes the time to really get to know what you want. Chris and Tim, that did the work in the house, did excellent work, and they never left a mess. Our kitchen and bathroom look great and what a transformation from old to a modern look. We highly recommend GG restorations to anyone."

"We had EZ Bath N Shower remove our tub unit and install a shower instead. We contacted a larger well-known company, but we went with EZ Bath. Their prices were comparable, but EZ Bath's material was better (thicker base, walls, and glass!) The gentlemen installing the unit were polite and professional. We are extremely happy with the results."
