We had the tub removed and walk in shower installed in main bath, along with new vanity tops in main and half bath, light fixtures, exhaust fan, hardware and grab bars in main and both baths painted. After a few bumps in the road initially, once work began, Vince and crew were dependable and as neat as possible. When they were finished, Vince told us to look everything over carefully and make a list of anything we saw that needed to be addressed which we did. He took care of everything on our list to our satisfaction. He even fixed a couple of small, unrelated issues for us. I should add that we wanted to keep the ceramic tile floor in the main bath (not shower area) which another contractor told us wouldn't be possible, but Vince assured us it could be done and it was without a problem.

Vince couldn't have been easier to work with.  From the moment he stepped in to our home to provide an estimate, he was respectful; of all the contractors we solicited, he was the only one to offer to wear shoe covers to keep our house from getting dirty.  Throughout the entire process, he was extremely conscious of maintaining a clean, organized environment so it was easy for us to carry on our lives.  He took his time with us every step of the way; since we were new to remodeling/construction, he explained what he was suggesting, what our other options were, and what everything would cost.  He was willing to make changes as we went along, and provided relevant suggestions (but was never pushy about them) as well. As with any large project, there were delays along the way; while the entire project took approximately 8 weeks, 3 or 4 of them were simply waiting for cabinets, counter tops, etc. to be delivered.  (My wife and I made changes - otherwise, the project would have been scheduled appropriately.)  Truthfully, he did make an error or two, but, once identified, he fixed them, to our satisfaction, without hesitation.  Even though the remodel was complete, he offered to return to install a robe hook for us!  The end result is nothing short of amazing; my wife and I are extremely satisfied.  We received "excellent" for the price of "very good"!  We will certainly call him (and only him) the next time we plan a remodeling project.
