"Austin, Orin and James were great to work with. Due to raccoon damage to the attic insulation and ceiling drywall all old insulation needed to be removed and contaminated areas treated. They installed new soffit baffles between each pair of rafters, sealed all potential air leakage points (e.g. around can light fixtures), ran all new insulated bath fan ducts (4) to soffit mounted valved vents and blew in all new insulation. Cost was very reasonable. Overall excellent value. Austin provided my insurance company with all necessary information so the claim was quickly settled to my satisfaction. "They were very helpful on advising on specifications. In general, I found roofers specifying roof replacement the cheapest way possible rather than what is most cost effective long-term. Once, I got multiple contractors matching on specs, GF was clearly cost competitive, particularly given no subcontractor usage. Actual install was smooth except for two things. It took more time than they budgeted for, but they handled that well and didn't try to ask for extra payment. Second, they discovered that the backing of the house's original aluminum siding was rotten when they were installing new flashing. Understandably, they didn't want to put it back up as is (which I can appreciate). Thankfully, they were able to provide a cost effective answer regarding new siding, as I didn't want to have to big that out with everything already torn up."

"I had three different people groups in who came in and gave me an estimate and what might be needed and what they discovered is that for some reason when the house was built 16 years ago, they did not really do adequate insulation.  I did feel very comfortable with Precise & Snug.  They were good about being able to show me pictures.  They showed how it looks up on the attic.  When you are in the process, the told us that they can do this and that and it would cost so much and the final bill was $20,000.  I would not use their service in the future."

"The detail they took was amazing and very professional.  We worked primarily with Art Meyer who was very helpful in recommendations, placement and approach.  I would highly recommend the solar tubes as it brightens up two stairways so much better.  They have never leaked and only needed one minor adjustment a few month after.  They responded very quickly to make the adjustment.  If you are thinking solar tubes, go with the larger size if you can.
