"Ryan, sales mgr explained and answered all my questions, as well as explaining why the cost could go up due to a design problem that caused water to pool on the roof. Turns out that the fix had to change the look of my house! I told Bill, the carpenter on the team, that it was important to maintain my home's unique character. He came up with an idea that while it did change the look, it kept all the mid-century charm that I love. More importantly, the work done by the crew was excellent. I was able to watch them work. They were all business and efficiency. Bill installed 2 new skylights, and Ryan suggested a modification to allow even more light to come in. The crew was super clean and left my backyard in better shape than when they came. I feel that Ryan and Bill listened to everything I said and did not discount a word.
