Get matched with top skylight pros in Crest Hill, IL

"Was satisfied with the skylight and installation."

"Ron and Kevin did an excellent job of replacing our old skylights. Since the old, 30-year-old, skylights were no longer being produced, Ron custom designed skylights to fit in our space so they resembled our old skylights. They look fabulous. Ron and Kevin came when they said they would, worked diligently, and cleaned up after themselves. We were kept in the loop as to what was being done and what the cost would be. Ron is man of his word. Highly recommend."

"They were able to replace the skylight in less than 2 weeks after the quote. They did a good job and make the finish on the inside look good. A few weeks later, there was a heavy rain and my new skylight is no longer leaking like my old one that was replaced."

"My experience in looking for contractors, you have to call 5 -6 and hope you get one to return your call. Sonny and Robert were the first to call. They understood and respected that I needed to get another estimate to compare costs. I decided on Montes Roofing because they were professional, fair and will stand by their work. They did a beautiful job on my roof. I highly recommend Montes Roofing."

Founded in 1996, J & K has held quality workmanship at its core from the very beginning. We started as a exterior restoration company with 5 employees. We were small, but we knew that if we worked hard and stayed true to our quality we would be successful in the long run.\n\nIn 2005, responding to huge demand, we started working as a General Contractor. The dedication to quality, strong work ethic and great customer service continued to be our hallmark. Over the years we have grown and learned to never forget the ethics that have guided us.\n\nToday we find the marketplace more competitive than ever before. The rapidly rising cost of materials, fuel and labor make surviving in our industry more and more difficult. Unfortunately the result is a high failure rate of businesses in our market.\n\nJ & K Home Improvement offers the highest quality materials available and backs our workmanship with a ten year limited warranty.

"Don was very nice and patient. He explained to me all the processes of replacing a skylight and why it needs to be replaced not repaired. Don made sure to eliminate anything that we don’t need. His cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed."

"They price matched with a great warranty. The new skylight looks great and no more leaks! The estimator was courteous, quick, and respectful of our time. The install was done on time and efficiently. Very happy with the final product. They even spent some time cleaning what they could off the drywall that was stained from the previous leaks."
