With that said it's easier to just tell you the things that I don't do. I do not do drain work, I do not replace electrical lines or panel boxes, I do not replace plumbing lines which includes water and gas, and I do not replace roofs. Aside from that I can do everything else, and have the tools to do so.

"We can't say enough good things about Chuck and his crew! We had a total kitchen remodel done that involved tearing down walls and installing new support beams in the attic. Everything from electrical to drywall, to installing new cabinets. From start to finish Chuck was easy to work with. Phone calls were always returned. The work was done in the time frame that was quoted. Every effort was made to contain the "construction dust" and the work area was cleaned and vacuumed before they left for the day. I wish we were able to post photos to show you what an excellent job they did. If you are looking for a contractor that is honest, experienced and a pleasure to work with then Milliman & Sons Builders is who you need to call. Not only would we use them again, we already have Chuck working on our next remodeling project."

"Based on our past experience with AOM (interior painting), we used them to powerwash our home. They had all the appropriate equipment and did an excellent job. Our 20 year old vinyl siding looks totally refreshed. David is easy to work with and goes the extra mile. We will continue to AOM for future projects.

"We hired SAL Construction to build us a garage in Morton.
All I can say is WOW!!! Nice, polite, honest, clean, punctual?My husband found

Building a tiny house is the least complicated way to build, especially if you’re tackling the project as a DIY. It’s much less expensive to build a house with wood. Simply putting lots of weight on the ground around the tree, like construction supplies, trailers, and equipment, can kill roots near the surface. Of course, installing new foundations, patios, or utility lines can cut through nearby tree roots. Accidentally striking a tree with equipment or supplies is rarely a problem, but can cause damage of its own, too.
