"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

I was not home for the siding wash and gutter cleaning, but they were very rushed during the window cleaning and there were portions in the corners of our upstairs windows that were missed. They were otherwise professional and prompt, but considering I paid more than what other companies were quoting, I was expecting the absolute best. Also, they left our fence wide open - we should have known to check first, but our dogs got loose. This may seem like a silly complaint but other home service companies we’ve used have always put everything back as we left them. Overall, it’s a better job than we could have done ourselves, but I feel like the $600+ price tag was overpriced for the quality we received."
