Excellent! The crew was thorough. The long repair period produced dust and dirt throughout They cleaned, dusted, vacuumed, polished every surface in my home. I was amazed. As a bonus, they were very friendly and professional. I would love to hire them again!

I only trust Woodard for carpet cleaning, tile floor steam cleaning, and water restoration work. I tried another carpet cleaner once many years ago. I had to have multiple calls back to get my carpets cleaned. Woodard does it once and does it right. Woodard also did a thorough job on a sewer backup in my basement. I also like the drop off rug cleaning service and lawn chair cleaning/storage service.

After a construction project in our upstairs we called Woodard to clean the stair carpeting, upstairs hall and adjacent bedroom. The technician was prompt, efficient, well-mannered and trained in his job. The company gave us plastic footies and a bottle of spot remover. The carpet looks like new again. We are very pleased.

Repair went well. Workers showed up on time, were very conscientious of our lifestyle, isolated the work area to contain dust and left area clean. Completed project looks better than before damage occurred. Painted surfaces matched adjacent areas. Work was completed within the estimated time frame. It was evident they had done this type of work before - very professional with no wasted effort.

Outstanding job all round. Bedroom carpet edges look like new. I have used Woodard for over 30 years - they are the best - no question about it! Called on Wednesday and they showed up Friday - always convenient scheduling. Terrific sales offered several times a year.

I've done business with Woodard for many years. Their service and professionalism are top notch. This is obviously a well-run business. I've never met happier employees and they've all been there so long that we are on a first-name basis. That alone gives confidence. I am skeptical of businesses where there is always lots of turnover.

The first team that responded did a little carpet cleaning and advised we needed to remove drywall and dry. I was told that the next crew would do a more thorough carpet cleaning, but the initial job was fine. I had to call THREE times to get any response from this company for the return visit to get drywall removed. That was very unprofessional and I should have moved on after that. The crew that came out did a good job with the removal and cleanup, however the carpet is a disgusting mess. I was told that I would have to pay to have it cleaned as it was a result of the water. Unfortunately, the water was only collected at a small place by the door and the initial crew had taken care of that. The carpet is messed up for about 15' now and I'm not sure that cleaning will take care of getting it back to its original condition. I'm very disappointed at the number of times I had to call and how I finally had to get a response. I'm upset with the condition of my carpet. If we ever had additional water issues, I will call another company. I am not happy at all.

We contacted Woodard, and the representative was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and explained how Woodard cleans the rugs, what the price would be for each size, and what the time window would be. She also explained that we would receive a 30% discount if we brought the rugs in. Woodard individually paper wrapped and tagged each rug, and they have never looked better! The 10 x 14 rug looks brand new! We're pleased we chose a professional company to take care of our needs.

The carpet cleaning was okay. If I hadn't moved out all of the furniture and stuff out of the rooms and cleared stuff away, I don't think that a lot of that would have been moved by them. There was only one guy on the team that came. They wanted to charge me extra if they moved the furniture. I mean, I had almost all if it moved, there was only a couple of pieces that needed to be moved. I was going to get charged more for that if I didn't do it myself so I find that a little frustrating. They came when they saidso I can't fault them on that. They were professional.

They look new. The technician was cognizant not only of the furniture's age but also of factors we'd have never known to be careful of, eg, the padding material under the fabric. He was excellent, His work was excellent and completed in under 2 hours. The furniture dried and was ready for use in just a few more hours after that. We thought it would be well into the evening or even overnight before they'd be sit-able again. Excellent experience all around.
