"Everything this woman is stating is simply not true. Also before i tell the WHOLE story I would like to point out this is not the original review she left (original was not a F, and the only complain was a footprint on floor) I will post original review as well as messages under my photos so please check them out as you will clearly see how quick the womans story changes. She only changed review after i messaged her about how poorly she treated the service provider as it is not ok to treat someone the [Member Information Removed] she did. As stated in message service provider would arrive between 9-10 am. We also confirmed that morning of apt at 8am via phone call. Service provider arrived at clients home at 9;40 am, at 9:54 she contacted me stating no one was home and she had waited 15 minutes and didnt know what to do, i reached out to client and all she said was sorry be there in 5-10 mins and arrived at 10:11, 31 mins after cleaner arrived. Cleaner explained to her that her time waiting would go against her time as she also has other obligations that day and it was a hour drive. The list of priorties for home owner was first to get rid of all dog hair (client has 2 large dogs) a hour alone was spent on vaccuming floors and removing the massive amount of hair. After that she spent another 20 mins sweeping couch and furniture to remove all of the hair. In first review woman stated home was 1700 square foot,WRONG quick glance at zillow confirms infact the home was 2700 square feet which she clearly removed when i confronted her about the lie. The only thing she stated that is true is her husband did ask provider to wipe down shower again. Service provider heard woman herself tell her husband towards the end of her time to go upstairs and ask if she could go wait outside as they got a call and needed to run somewhere real quick, and that is exactly what happend husband went and asked if she could possibly go wait outside while they ran to pick up their dogs and come in and finish when they return. (Clearly someone that was so worried about the time knew how much longer she had and would of never asked if she was almost done,also BOTH went to drop off dog instead of one waiting and she wanted both to go pick up dog and that is why she wanted provider to wait outside until they both returned)cleaner stated to him she could not do that and her time was almost up and she would be leaving soon and at that point the wife yelled up the stairs are you going to clean our basement too. About 10 minutes later provider was finished and walked through with husband and he thanked her and he said everything looked good (she confirmed he was very nice to her) serviced provider left clients home at 1:34 which is 6 mins shy of 4 hours. client wrote out her check and pro rated it as she didnt fell she had to pay or be responsible for the time she made provider wait. She clearly only feels as her time is important and that we should just have to wait on her. She was the same with myself as she called and messaged me on my private line at 930pm as well as 7am and several times on Sunday. Please be sure to check out the pictures as you will be able to read though all the lies this woman has stated, and how fast her story has changed. She will not be happy with anything unless you are willing to wait on her."
"I’m sorry to hear you were not satisfied. I never made you change you apt time however, I called the day before to confirm the apt for the following day and I said a earlier apt had rescheduled and asked if you would like a earlier time. Your wife did point out that the floors, counters and dusting was all main priority. Unfortunately with a 3 hour clean do not clean inside of oven and hood range filters and I would have told her that If she had even mentioned that to me when she gave me the list of things to do. I clean surfaces and not filters I’m sore but that’s not part of housecleaning. I also did indeed to the top bathroom as I even wiped down all the baseboards in there that had hair built up on them. I couldn’t clean the whole mirror however as you had pictures taped to it and I didn’t want to remove them. I never insisted on leaving as I patiently waited almost 15 minuets past the apt time so I could let your wife know I was leaving she could have easily said she would of liked to do a walk through and I would of said ok. Also if the earlier apt was not convenient you could of easily said no to the earlier time and it could of been left for the original time: Again I am sorry you were not happy, but based on what I was asked to do upon arrival (and not seeing any complaints about areas I was asked to do) I feel like I did what I was asked:"
