I'd prefer the smaller projects. The things most people might just not want to or have the time to do. Personally I've found the faster you can get in and out the more everyone is happy. I plan on keeping it simple. You'll be hiring only me. I prefer to be a one man show. Unless it's just an extra set of hands I need, I'll be doing the work.
