"The salesman was great however when it came time for installation, the door was not at all done the way we had thought it would be done. (installer said it could not be done the way we had discussed with the salesman)  Installation took a lot longer than even they anticipated and a part had to be ordered as the installer cut a piece too short.  Anyway it took over a month to finally get the installation finished from the time it was started.  Seems like a long time from when the windows come in until they are even able to schedule an installation.  Their work was good and I assume we will not have any trouble with them.  Since it is a sun porch and it was not completed until the end of Dec., we have not had occasion to try them out.

B-Dry provided an estimate that was roughly half the cost of the competing company and completed the work quickly and professionally. "Great customer service they arrived on SAID time ON time. They didn't leave until the job was completed. I spotted one small flaw but nothing to complain about other than that they did a great job. They cleaned up behind themselves. I had to disposed of all the trash myself but they did put all the trash in bags and sat them outside nice and neat and it was also in the contract that the customer is responsible for disposal of trash. It was not a surprise. This properly why the cost was reasonably priced. I will use them again."
