"Andrea responded quickly to my quote request and came out that same day. He gave me a reasonable estimate for all the work and he fit me in right away since I was on a time crunch. He removed my old flooring and installed new tiling and toilet in my master bathroom. His quality of work is excellent and he is so fast! "Lots of mistakes were made when the floor was first installed. But i was very impressed by the customer service and follow through to correct the problem. They literally needed to take out the first floor and start over. It was all a little frustrating, but they acted with much integrity and ate the cost to replace to the floor. The new installation, a pre-stained hard wood floor, looks great."
