"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. While they were at the house and not related to their work, a water pipe burst. Thankfully, they were able to bring in a plumber to make the replacement ASAP. They stayed until the evening to make sure our new system worked for us. And we stayed quite comfortable during this latest cold snap!!"

"Chad had me from the description of how critical prep work is to a good job. And Kyle and Dakota worked hard at it. Had a lot of wallpaper to remove (4 rooms & a tall stairway and hall); and drywall to repair (from settling and damage). They spent 2-3 days on prep. They also helped with a water condensation problem at the bathroom exhaust fan (5th room). Also did 3 closets. The paint looks fabulous. We have a few bedrooms that need some paint too. Will probably call them again."

"I called Ray's in somewhat of a panic because I was worried they wouldn't be able to come out soon and maybe my 14-year old furnace needed something major. The person who answered the phone was courteous, apologizing that they couldn't work me into their schedule that SAME DAY until 3:00. I was ecstatic. Lou arrived promptly, quickly found the problem, replaced a $280 part, and checked the filter. He said I had a few more months left in the filter so didn't need to replace it until this spring. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you."
