"When my HVAC unit went out I called A n 1 at 12:30am, as I have gotten home from work not too long ago. He answer and said he be right there. He came through check it all out and let us know exactly what needed to be done. He quote us too on the price if we decide to stick with him. Since he is a smaller personally owned company he didn't have financial options. So we had to think if over. Anyways I offer to give him some cash for coming out here so late and he kindly refuse, which was very kind of him. Even though it was already 2am by the time he was done checking it all out. After a few calls to other companies we realize we rather pay a hard working, honest man and help smaller local business. Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself.
