"I highly recommend this company for any basement work that you need done. They are genuinely honest people that are actually looking out for your best interest. Unlike other contractors that will look at something and just say "Oh this is the issue, it'll cost about $10,000 to fix" Pivotal Basement Solutions is the opposite of that. After talking with Jeff on the phone they came to my house a couple of days later and took a look at our situation. We had been getting water coming into our basement and Jeff not only took the time to check things out but he provided information on how to chase down where the leak might originate from. He went into great detail as well teaching my wife and how the water can get into the basement and how to fix it. They did not charge us for the visit at all. I can't boast enough about their knowledge, integrity, and professionalism they presented while we met with them. Please please please if you are looking for someone to help with a basement issue reach out to them, you will not be disappointed. I will be permanently keeping their company on my speed dial if i ever need help."

"Thrasher did a great job. The foreman was knowledgeable and he explained what was going to be done. We were allowed to watch the process. They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. They caulked everything when they were done and cleaned up the area. The entrance to our home looks so much better. It was well worth the money."

"Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

"Joe reached out quickly and with the assistance of Alupe, they were able to swiftly install a new lock & snap floor professionally over a poorly tiled/grouted situation. There was a small snafu with the wax ring and leaking water from the toilet to the basement after the floor installation and Joe & Alupe came out immediately to remedy the leak. "I am writing this review to let other homeowners know that if they are unfortunately in need of foundation repair that the best company capable of handling the job is Advanced foundation repair & replacement. I have a two story home. The entire back and side wall had settled over six inches ( a total distance of seventy five feet). At the side of the house we have a masonry fireplace that had settled significantly as well. Then owner Frank Matyiko hooked up his exclusive unified jacking machine. Frank provided us with a licensed structural engineer that stamped all fazes of construction. He assured me that our house would be a piece of cake. He was right. Advanced leveled the back of my house along with the fireplace with his unified machine. Not a crack in the house. Not a crack in the fireplace.
