He provided details on why it would be hazardous to install this modern fan on old wiring and we agreed on his assessment. He was honest, fair priced and cleaned up behind himself. I would use him again."

"The pro was experiences and did a good job over all. He painted each room as we requested and offered suggestions to our liking. He was careful to cover our furniture, and clean up after completing the job. The job was to be finished in 3 days, but it took 5 days, because he was working alone up until the last day. I would recommend He to others"

"I hired Frank from Small Jobs and he was extremely knowledgeable , friendly and efficient. He assembled an elliptical bike for me and did an amazing job! I spoke to several other handymen prior to speaking with Frank and they were extremely rude and arrogant. While speaking to Frank I knew he was the right person.
