He was excellent and very nice. the only thing that I was not happy with the service was the additional $25 charge for a truck service.

Joe is deeply knowledgeable about municipal electrical codes including Chicago's, and he helped save us $$$ and headaches in ensuring we used the best fixture for fit/function in our space, answering our questions quickly and professionally. You cannot go wrong hiring JF Industries., This was a small job and finding people to take small jobs is almost impossible., but this company took the work. I had to wait a bit, but I didn't mind since they constantly kept in touch with me and I knew the work would get done. Polite, responsive, and most of all did an excellent job. Very appreciative.

Jeff Fragola is a consummate professional. I spent many hours hunting down someone who was reasonably priced and still had a worth ethic. At first we failed, hiring someone else who did all of the work wrong. After a lot of time and stress, Joe came by to give us an estimate on more work and showed us how the first guy's work was not done right. Joe gave us a competitive estimate and personally took it upon himself to make sure we were taken care of properly. He communicated regularly regarding our city inspector and com ed inspections, offered sage advice throughout to help us not miss anything even outside the scope of his own job. In the end, we had our pool grounded, all electrical added for the pool (all done properly, to code with permits), moved the electrical box in the house to a new wall, drilled through a challenging setup of small spaces to move it to boot. He moved the line in location to the opposite side of the house to be the needed distance from the pool overhead too. He also redid all of the our outdoor electrical to ensure there were no missing pieces to the puzzle that weren't done right. I would HIGHLY recommend Joe for any electrical work. We had other licensed professionals come by for estimates too, Joe was by far the most trustworthy and priced the same as the others. Don't hesitate to contact Joe Fragola at JF Industries.

Joe was very responsive and really great about getting back to me along the way. When I first contacted him he was up front about being booked out a few weeks. His quote wasn't the cheapest, but his plan was by far the best of all the contractors I spoke to about this project. Joe showed up as scheduled. He had to cut across a concrete walkway and roughly eight feet of concrete car park. He and his partner knocked that work, plus digging the trench, drilling through the brick wall of my house and running the pipe and electric in about 4 hours. All that while it was snowing too. A few hours after Joe left I noticed that I had no power in the garage again. This time it was the GFI outlet that kept tripping. I called Joe and he came back out in 20 minutes. He was able to isolate the problem to the existing wiring inside the garage. He disabled those runs and that kept everything stable so we can use our garage door opener again. We will re-run all the electric in the garage to eliminate the short when the weather warms up. Joe will be first on my list when I look to get that done.

The problem was a bit more complicated than originally thought. He identified the problem right away and fixed it without delay.. He had all the parts and equipment he needed to accomplish the task. I would hire him again without hesitation.

This is the second time we had Joe Fragola do electrical work, and as before, everything went very well. He was prompt with the quote, on time and completed the work on time. The work looks great, and everything cleaned up. Very happy with the work, and would definitely use JF Industries again.

I called in the morning afraid to leave my house after a power surge took out my coffeemaker and left my basement lights on. By 1 PM, Joe was at my house. He fixed the problems caused by the storm within the first half hour. During that time he answered questions I had about other electrical issues in my house. He charges a $145 flat fee for labor, so he told me I have him for a whole hour and asked what else I'd like him to work on. Amazing! Joe is a great troubleshooter and works fast and efficiently. He got a lot more done for me than I ever expected. Even better, he showed me how to change out the recreation room ceiling lights to LED canisters. I was able to accomplish that on my own the next week, thanks to Joe!!

Joe was great. He showed up on time, did great work, cleaned up and was out in record time. We'd assumed that we would have some holes in the ceiling/wall since he had to install a new box in the ceiling and wire it to existing light switch way across the room, but all he left behind was a few drill holes near the install location (to look for a joist, I assume). Awesome. We hope to hire him again in the next couple months to address some lingering issues from our home purchase last year.

Super happy with the results. Price was reasonable, work was done promptly and within estimated time, work looks neat and professional, and great follow-through on making sure inspections were done. I would definitely use Joe and company again, and recommend them as well.

Following the purchase of my new home and the subsequent inspection, Joe and his team brought the breaker box up to code, grounded several outlets, changed basically every outlet in the house (they were all painted!) and wired my office per my request. Given that this is a coach house and built over 100 years ago, they faced some challenges.

Joe will deal with you honestly and fairly, providing options and making a recommendation.

Joe is a prompt, professional, and knowledgeable electrician.  When he did our estimate, he was able to point out possible problems that he would have to investigate further.  Thank goodness none of it actually turned out to be a problem, although I appreciated his giving us the heads-up to a "worst case" scenario.  He did the work well, and very, very quickly.  He and his employee were focused in their work, and they did a lot of work in a very short amount of time...3-4 hours over two visits.  He kept me informed of a delay relating to a special switch that had to be ordered, and he gave me options if I didn't want to use the switch.  I chose to not use the switch, and the one function of a bathroom fan/light/nightlight that we can't use, well, I don't really miss it anyway.  I have tried a lot of different electricians over the years, but now that we've used Joe's services, I will be sticking with him from now on.
