Commercial clients can choose to have us construct a maintenance plan for all their floor cleaning needs and we can make sure the plan will fit in their budget. Residential clients also have choices - we specialize in steam cleaning carpets, upholstery, and area rugs. We also can help with a pet odor/urine treatment for their carpeting as we do the cleaning process. We can also help our clients protect their flooring investment with a 3M Scotchgard treatment. "Never again! We contracted Calhoun for stair and hallway carpet in February. We called 2 months later; "oh, yeah...I think it's back in the warehouse." Installers came and when they had finished 3/4 of it, they announced they were short of carpet. Carpet ordered...7 weeks later, we called...same thing. "It's here - in the warehouse." Scheduled installers...no show. Rescheduled..called to say they'd be late. 3 hours later, they called to say , "Sorry - wrong equipment on truck - reschedule." Finally showed up with mismeasured carpet AGAIN, and we waited another month before the carpet was finally finished. But guess what? They certainly didn't take any time to bill us. THINK CAREFULLY before you call these guys. The very slightly lower price was NOT worth this. Carpet finished end of JUNE."

"From the time I went to Carpet Weavers to choose flooring until the job was finished took seven weeks. There was a total lack of communication between the store and the installer. The owner of the installation business was competent, but his employee was not. It was his employee who installed the flooring. The trim is not made by the company that manufactures the flooring. That would have been nice to know before I bought it. It took two weeks to get the flooring. The trim was installed three weeks after the flooring was installed. Not a good match, but the store was satisfied. The contractor had to spend time doing what his employee had not done, such things as affixing the door stops to the floor, attaching the base panel to the dishwasher and securing it and more. It was a miserable seven weeks long process. I will consider having a general contractor match the trim and replace the material that was installed. Right now, I just want my house back. "
