No verbal or written mention was ever made about identifying the location of water pipes. I assumed (mistakenly) that they were professional enough to either ask me to have this done or be able to do it themselves. Their response to my complaint was to send me a copy of my contract reminding me that they are not responsible for "cosmetic" damage and that complaints must be settled through arbitration. "

Actual cost was $25 over the estimate due to site characteristics not apparent on my photos but still sounded reasonable to me. They leveled 5 sidewalk squares including my front porch stoop.
