Gibson's Appliance Repair

HI called Randy Gibson in the late afternoon.He said he would come next day in the morning.He came in the morning as he said. He got right to work and luckily, he had the part on his truck. He put the washing machine back together and even checked and explained my dehumidifier to me. this is the second time I've used Gibson's and I doubt if I ever call another company. Randy is super nice.He's the only one who would come so quickly,and he knows everything about Large appliances.

I cant say enough about the extremely fast service, i called about 9 am and by 930 the repair techs were here and by 945 am they had been paid and off to the next call!!!! Never had better service from someone will be returning and using them from now on in our rental properties!!!!!!!!! VERY PLEASED!!!!! I am so glad that i did some comparison shopping as the other people wanted to charge me over 100.00 to even come out and then the parts to fix my fridge, and they were saying it could be almost 300.00 to fix.

The seal around the dryer drum had deteriorated. Mr. Gibson was very knowledgeable about appliances and was able to fix it quickly. He made sure it was working correctly. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for service again.

I thought everything was alright. The repairs were completed and the dryer was replaced and is working fine.

Mr. Gibson came to do the repair, and they were great. He, and an assistant came out on time, and took a lot less time than I thought they would, and charged less than I thought they would. The service charge was $40, and I live out in the country. I was pleased with them. They were very busy when I called, but they came out the next morning. He asked if it was OK to come out the next day. They would have come out the same day I called, if I needed them. They called to see if they could come early, and they were here about an hour and a half. He called the next day to make sure the freezer was working. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a lot of work moving the washer and dryer, in a small laundry room. I have recommended them twice since then. I was raised in the country and expect people to be nice.

We have a Dakor over which came with our house. It is a high end oven and thus its hard to find repair people that can fix it. Gibson's has the skill to fix our oven. We have used Gibson's in the past and it is always pretty easy to get an appt. and they even come on saturdays. I would recommend them to a friend. Mr. Gibson himself came to repair it. He is professional and very polite. He identified the problem as a bad circuit board and he patched it up (for free) then placed an order for a new part. He will return to put in the part when it comes in.

Our refrigerator suddenly stopped reaching its required temperature. All the freezer items thawed. My wife made inquiries at her place of employment but all the usual names either charged a huge amount or did shoddy work. I tried an appliance repair out of the yellow pages after finding 2 previous one's couldn't make it for 2 days. Gibson's said he could make it the same afternoon. He was there promptly at 2 PM as promised. Took a look at my 8 year old refrigerator, blew out the dust and dirt from around the coils and said he could fix for $157 by replacing a relay with a far more robust 3-in-1 (not sure what he was talking about). Went out to his truck and was done in about 25 minutes. Warned me there was a slight chance the compressor might go out in the next few days but promised that was quite unlikely. It's been about 6 hours since he worked on the refrigerator but its working fine so far. So no complaints and the final price was considerably less than my wife's co-workers had paid for similar service. I had my small vacuum cleaner out after I heard he was going to clean the coils so I'm not sure how he would have cleaned up after himself but I felt getting the refrigerator to work was far more important.
