He assisted us with coordination requirements between the insurance company and contractor, he ensured the work performed was done professionally, he always made himself available for questions, and he kept a positive and professional demeanor from the start of the project to the completion of the project. The siding and roof installation turned out great. We are planning to update our siding on the North side of the house next year and will insist to have Reggie manage that and all future roof/siding projects at our residence.
