He returned a few days later, removed the downdraft and sealed up the hole that has been coming apart for years (which we didn't know why there was such a draft under the oven until you...wait for it, you move the stove and see what's under there. Work was professionally done, looks great and no more cold feet while cooking. Will definitely hire again. "
