Let this dry out over the weekend and came back on Monday to apply the water based varnish. No bad fumes and a wonderful touch up job with the paint around the wood. "Very good experience. Chad (owner) came out a couple days after I contacted him, reviewed my house, and gave me a quote on the spot. After I signed a contract, I wanted to change colors and Chad had a color wheel waiting for me at a paint store in our neighborhood so my wife and I could pick a color we wanted. The painters showed up on time, were very friendly and efficient. They spent a whole day (4 people) caulking the cedar (many cracks, in between boards, and then painted two coats of stain, and fixed a few woodpecker holes.
