"Marvon Construction built our garage last fall. We are so happy with it, we had them build a deck for us this summer. Reuben met with us several times for the design and to show us examples and discuss the features of the composite product. He met our requests and offered a few suggestions. Our carpenters were friendly and very conscientious with our property. When we found water damage from the previous deck, they offered a solution and added it to the project. Throughout the project, they offered great communication regarding the status, next steps, coordination with our other contractor, and the estimated completion date. They finished the deck on schedule, and it exceeds our expectations."

"Kodiak provided an estimate that was accurate and fair. They kept me informed as to when the project would be done, arrived on time and finished on schedule. Not only have the two experiences Ià ¢à  à  ve had with them resulted in finished work at very reasonable cost, but all individuals are always respectful and polite but perform above and beyond expectations. In particular, for this just-completed project, which involved painting kitchen walls, windows and ceiling and reattaching some fallen aluminum siding pieces, Josh, a renovation specialist as well as a painter, went out of his way to make additional small repairs on his own initiative. His manner and skill set are impressive and restores oneà ¢à  à  s faith that there are among us people who are naturally honest, skillful and helpful. I wouldnà ¢à  à  t hesitate to hire him for further work and am sure his reputation will only grow over time."

"John and his helper Nathan did an excellent job!! They arrived when they said they were going to an hung a 65 inch tv and a 50 inch tv with no problem at all! The job was done in a timely manor.
