Customers are charged in two ways; either by the hour, or with a bid total. Often times the bid is a better option for the customer, which allows them to plan ahead. We accept cash, check, & all major credit cards.

"We were really pleased with Warkins and would use him again in the future as well as recommend him to other’s seeking an electrician in the greater Rockford area. We provided a list of items including replacing light switches that were malfunctioning, new outlet installation in an unfinished basement, outlet installation in a bathroom for a bidet, hardwiring a Ring doorbell, replacing all old hardwired smoke alarms, and troubleshooting/ replacing malfunctioning/ non-functional outlets. Rob was pleasant, communicative, and we were pleased with the price. One thing that really impressed me is that we were told several years ago that we would need an additional box if we added additional outlets. After looking at our box, he assured me that we had plenty of space and we wouldn’t need an additional box. I was really impressed with his honesty and integrity as he could have easily taken advantage of our lack of knowledge and fear when it came to electrical around the house!"

John Richards established Tree Care Enterprises, Inc. in September 1978. John earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Forestry from Michigan Technological University in 1977. Soon thereafter he started Tree Care Enterprises as a one man operation. A short time later Doug Edwards was hired. John and Doug are two of our seven Certified Arborists. Doug is now the Vice President in charge of operations. John Richards is still President and involved with running Tree Care on a daily basis. In 2007, Tree Care Enterprises, Inc. became a Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) accredited company. This prestigious recognition is awarded to only the finest and most professional companies. We then created a safety position and formed an employee safety committee. In 2008, Kurt Weidner and Doug Edwards attended a Certified Tree Care Safety Program (CTSP) to support the companys commitment to continuing education and safety. This extensive program works with the companys training staff to develop safety and training programs for the current work force. This advanced training system will enable Tree Care Enterprises to employ a work force that has been properly trained in all aspects of the Green Industry. The residential catastrophe division facilitates the sales and restoration processes for homeowners after catastrophic storm events. The Commercial Division services large low slope membrane systems including but not limited to TPO, EPDM, Spray Foam, PVC, Metal and Hydro-Stop

"The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."
