Jack came out to look at the job, explained why he planned to do it with scaffolding and went above and beyond to recruit a painter to help path a ceiling crack while he is doing the fan. "I was looking to get security cameras installed on the outside of the home and for an additional outlet in the garage. Eric was more than accommodating; he walked me through what needed to be done and offered me suggestions on how to improve the setup and make my home easier and cost effective for future additions/changes. The home builders made a couple mistakes that he fixed for me, and when it came to the camera instalation he used wedges to made them tangential with the ground and black silicone to seal them to the wall. Very thoughtful, kind, and professional throughout. I will definitely be calling them for future changes I would like to do!"
