Whether its because you are inexperienced/unable, too busy, lack the proper tools/equipment, or simply because you don't want to (trust me, im the last one to judge). "A tree branch fell on an outbuilding knocking off a wood burning stove chimney and damaging the cedar shake roof.  Mike was able to come out the next morning after I called to assess the damage.  He promised to be back that afternoon to start the repairs and he kept that promise.  This impressed me a great deal as it was a 30 minute drive each way.  He patiently explained what they were doing each step of the repairs.  At one point he ran into some unforseen difficulty which ended up causing the repairs to take much longer than expected, but at no point did he consider any shortcuts.  He insisted on doing only the best work even though this was only an outbuilding and no one would be looking at it.  It was getting late in the day, but Mike insisted on completing the work as the weather forecast called for rain the next day.
