Whether its because you are inexperienced/unable, too busy, lack the proper tools/equipment, or simply because you don't want to (trust me, im the last one to judge). This includes concrete flatwork, grading (gravel, soild, sand, ect), lawn/garden maintenance, minor carpentry, mounting/instalation. I can paint, clean, im not afraid to use a ladder or get on your roof, hell I can even just replace your old lightbulbs if you need. I have a pickup truck if you need to move furniture or other large objects, and the capability to load it for you. Bottom line is that what ever task you cant acomplish on your own, I can handle, no questions asked, no crazy 2 hour minimums or really any bs in general. "My old chimney needed some repair, a new cap, and a good cleaning due to normal wear and tear after many years. Some of the bricks were falling apart and the chimney cap was rusted and deteriorating. My neighbor referred me to the Godfrey Bros. because he had used them previously and said they did a great job at a great price. I gave the owners (Cody and Colton) a call and set up an appointment with them. They came out and did an inspection and took some measurements on their first visit. They arrived when said they would and worked diligently. After they took the measurements, they had to order the chimney cap. The cap arrived a couple days later, and they came out and did their work. My chimney looks so much better now, and I can't wait to use my fireplace this winter. After all was said and done, I was very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of the Godfrey Bros. They were very respectful of my property and my time and did a great job. They explained the process and what I should expect with their services. As for costs, the cleaning was $125, the cap was $150, and the repair work was $300. Thanks guys!!
